Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Assault query

Hypothetically if one was assaulted without provoking the aggressor and then required medical treatment and suffered damage to their property can they sue the attacker? I was looking up personal injuries solicitor but they are stating more accident type things rather than assaults. What are the legal terms I need to be looking up?
Do Irish solicitors in this situation offer no win no fee or take fees out of compensation?

    Advice greatly appreciated

Some of them do a no foal no fee arrangement. Ring around, plenty of Solicitors will give a free consultation.
