Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    hi there!
I am a student , who is eager to lose weight, tone up, and build some muscle definition, without absolutely breaking the bank. i am just wondering if anyone could recommend a PT service in the city area who is fairly reasonably priced, or at least offers a decent value package. i've heard about results ireland, and some kind of buddy system they offer, and perhaps someone has info on this?
