Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

upc horizon box only has rte 1

Just wondering if any one else only has rte1 ? I rang customer service and was told that all horizon boxs where the same ..

I have all channels working
there no problems with channels today well for me all are working

I also got my box today and RTE was the only one working so i did a factory reset and it fixed it hope this helps

That did not work , it's saying no connection and check wires but it was working and a technicion came this morning and everything was perfect so I give up . Have it since thursday and still not working not impressed
