I was going to upgrade my motor in my cyma m14 (wood long barrel)

I know that it is a short type motor.

I was going to buy the max speed motor from gunfire.pl

    Is it worth it.

What are you trying to achieve with this gun? With a gun like an m14 I'd be looking at a hi-torque motor. mix that with some hi speed gears and you have a quick acting fast response gun.
With a high speed motor on its own it takes time to get going to its speed. So on quick bursts it'll be slower and it'll also be slower at firing a single shot.

I am hoping to have a fast rate of fire
    A quick trigger response
And a good Long range gun and accurate
A solid gun (No louse and easy things to break).
    With solid part's.

As the saying goes "fast cheap reliable" pick two :)

If your looking for quick response and high speed, your looking at a high speed gearset and a high torque motor.
A good long range gun needs a nice tightbore but more importantly a very good hop up.
No matter what you do though at some stage you'll have to split your gun. The best way to keep your gun reliable is good servicing.
Things will break, there is no doubt of that. But good servicing elongates the time between things breaking.
