Didn't get first choice of midwifery in UCD but I got it in trinity! Shocked! Thought it would be much higher in trinity! I loved UCD so I'm slightly disappointed but midwifery in tcd is better than no midwifery at all so I'm chuffed :)

Cleared my first choice by 165 points! :p congratulations everyone, hope you are all happy!

That was my optimistic first choice, was always around 20 points off that level so not too disappointed I didn't get it. Congratulations :)

Can we log into CAO before 6am and then just hit refresh after 6am to see and accept the offer, or will we have to relog after 6?

Can't wait until college starts. Pissed off at getting 440 and all these offers and being 5 points below my third choice now isn't making things better, nor is seeing people I thought were thick getting way more than me.

The thing is: they probably are still thick. The Leaving Cert. isn't a measure of thickness (or intelligence for that matter) — just a measure of cop on of sorts — a willingness to put the work in.

    "Sort of".

But not really. My second choice is Economics and German, which was 490 last year. There's no way of figuring out from that, unless there actually is.

EDIT: When I'm saying "my", I'm actually here with someone else who wants to know. I did my LC a few years ago, but I just thought it made more sense to use my until I thought that anyone reading my other posts would think I'm a complete liar :D
