black border around google

    I am not sure what happened but i got a black border all around google page with option to change display at top left. Does anyone know what this is or what i hit to get it

    Do you only get that when your logged into your google account bud??

    If you logout/clear cookies YOU SHOULDNT GET ANY CUSTOM LOOK on the page!

    No I am not sure what i did to get it! It is gone now.
