    So last night being an idiot I drukenly dropped my Sony Xperia Z and now the screen barely works and its pretty much unusable. I am on a bill pay with Meteor a €30 a month deal and just wondering if I go in and explain everything will I be able to get a new one or is it just tough luck?

    Why would they give you a new one? It's just tough luck I'm afraid and the reason there is insurance for phones.

    I was checking to see if that insures me is all.

    Ah no problem thanks. Sorry for all the questions but is it possible tto get the screen fixed or is that a waste of time?

    You can get a screen fixed for about €150 or so
