    Hopefully starting a course in welding in the next month with a view to shipping off to Canada this time next year.
    I know trades people need the red seal to work in your chosen trade but having a bit of a pain finding out much about it.
    If anyone here has gone through it I would love some insight.

    My questions are.
    1) Can I do it here or is there anything I can do here to prepare for it?

    2) if I can't do it here How long will it take me to do it once I get over to Canada?

    3) Exam locations?

    4) How long, assuming I pass, will it take from doing the exam to actually being legally able to get work?

    Any help is hugely appreciated.
