Transfering contacts

So old user of a Samsung Tocco f480, upgraded to S3, this week
I had to get a different sim replaced from 48(my current network) so I can use a micro-sim for the S3.
Unfortunately I could not import/export my contacts to the S3 as the sim for the Tocco is a regular sim which will not fit in the S3.
I asked 48 and they advised me this:
''The only way you can do this is by backing up your contacts to a laptop or PC.

Then when you start using the new phone and SIM you can sync your pc up with your new phone.

Sorry but 48 do not provide a service to back up SIMs.''

How do I do this with a Tocco ??!
As I have usb but I do not get what they mean
(And I am not and I mean not entering 92 contacts)

You can cut the regular-size/old SIM to match the newer S3's micro SIM requirement You can get cutters on ebay etc or most phone shops will do it free in 2 seconds.

Then just pop it into the S3 and away you go... copy the contacts off (I'd recommend copying them to Google rather than the phone so as to avoid this problem in the future) and then put your new SIM back in when you'e done.

The above assumes your contacts are on your old SIM not your Tocco. If they are on the phone then you'd either have to copy them to the SIM first and then proceed as above or indeed backup to a PC

It does not have an SD card.
It is one of those first ever touch screen phones
