Just wondering how do you know when a crew member is online eg Boards must you go through the menu and join or is there some sort of easier access list? (On Xbox)

I never managed to get online last night I did manage to customize my character with my boards emblem on the t-shirt which is a nice touch.

I got as far as standing in the car park with a bunch of other dudes but never got into the first race.

I maanged to design my character and couldnt get online after that, playing on PS3 which it seems to be giving trouble when trying get online.

I'll try get around to some online play tonight or the weekend I reckon.
