Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Candy 10122 dishwasher not draining

Have a candy 12 place integrated dishwasher that's not draining. I suspect jam jar labels are the culprit.
Cleaned out filters, checked drain hose its clear, hosed it out, it worked a few times but its not draining again.

Now I'm guessing its the pump, I've disassembled dishwashers before (with help from this forum!) but this one is still on warranty (nov 2012)

    Just wondering

Will messing around with the pump invalidate the warranty?
Will they send someone out for free as its in warranty?
If its a blockage would they usually charge for the labour and call out?
Is anyone familiar with this model, the pump is at the front and doesn't seem that accessible.

    Thanks in advance

As it's under warranty, just get Hoover Candy to fix it for free.

fix it free, not likely if its the customers fault that its broken, it is not a major problem to check the emptying pump in a candy only one screw to be removed to undo it

There's an access panel on the front you can unclip, do you think you can get the pump apart from there. Would mean not having to pull the dw out of the kitchen again which would be good.

No, you will have to take it out, the emptying pump is in the middle of the base, just take your time and you will get there, turn off the water supply and unplug it while you are at it.
