poor tracert

    I'm a bit fed up with eircom. I have rewired my socket with cat 5e to the main point and now fixed what I can.
    tried several modems.
    during the evenings I get a terrible ping but during the day it's fairly good.

    could somebody look at my tracert
    ping my gateway 159.134.155.22 will normally result in pings from 27-38 normally but get abysmal after that
