    Apologies for cross-posting, but thought these questions from my thread in Talk to UPC might be better handled here. Thanks for any feedback!

    Questions for UPC users
    Most "TV" I consume is online via Netflix or iPlayer/4OD, so I’m considering just getting a phone+broadband bundle. But the Horizon introductory offers are tempting!
    • I’m reading mixed reports on the Horizon box vs. separate dedicated broadband modem. Which is better?
    • Presumably both devices have gigabit LAN ethernet ports?
    • I have UPC where I am currently and have to power cycle the modem every few weeks to restore Wifi, does the same apply to the Horizon box?
    • How do the 50Mbs vs. 100Mbs vs. 150Mbs services compare in practice? Is anyone consistently getting 150Mbs? The main advantage seems to be the increased upload speed, am I wrong?
