Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Treadmills, weight plates, cable crossover, standard weight pulley system, squat rack. Just google how to use followed by the name of the equipment.

Actually, join the gym and ask the instructors. It's part of what they're paid to do.

The instructors are going to be much better help then what anyone online can tell you. Just because you're told what it is and saw a how to video doesn't mean you'll be able to actually use it.

The yellow ones are plate loaded machines.
    One for shoulders, chest etc.

You sit in & push or pull against the handles depending on the machine.

If too light, add some plates, as they are "plate-loaded"
