    Hi Guys

Unfortunately a TV (Philips 32-PFL-5404) I purchased from you guys has decided it's had enough ..
Fortunately I bought the 5 year screen guarantee:) . The TV refuses to switch on and the front red LED blinks 3 times in rapid succession.  According to the interweb this is bad !. So I'd like to get the ball rolling with regard to return/repair/replace. Where do I start?

    Regards

    John

    Hi John,

Really sorry to hear the TV has decided to give up :(

The good news is we can take it on from here for you.  Our 5 year screen cover is at home for TVs 32" and above so no long trips back to Belfast.

If you can PM me your full name and address I'll get the ball rolling :)

    Chris

    Just a little follow up.

TV should be repaired and back tomorrow or Monday at the latest.
