Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Trademark Exams vs Fe-1s

I am considering doing the trademark exams and am wondering how do they compare to the Fe-1s in terms of workload.
I am starting a masters in IP law and so am wondering if it would be too much to take these exams on at the same time as doing the masters.

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!

Where do you take the trademark exams?
I would assume you can do both the exams and the course if they are both in Ireland

Sorry I had a lapse in memory. The trademark exams are not difficult. They give you a huge amount of options on the paper. Why not do your course and then take them?

Thanks a million for the response. That's good to hear. Having done the Fe-1s I knew it would be foolhardy to attempt the trademark exams at the same time as a masters but if they are comparatively easy I will do them as there should be considerable overlap between my course and the exams.

    Thanks again!

I should probably tell you that I have an educational qualification in intellectual property but I haven't actually done the exams. I have seen them and thought about them. Simple as hell no word of a lie. If you want an details PM me.
