Downloading Windows

    I'm in the process of building a new PC. My work will be providing me with a Windows key. They don't have an English language installation DVD available right now, so instead of waiting around until they get one I want to legally download Windows and install it using the key they'll be giving me. Is this possible? If so, how would I go about doing this?
