One of my favourite writers. Great story teller, great dialogue writer, his m.o. was "leave out the parts people skip". Very hard to put down one of his books, not sure how many I've read but definitely over 30.
RIP good sir.

Think more of his stories have been adapted for movies than any other writer. Possibly.

One of my favourite authors I've read 4 of his novels so far The Big Bounce,Out of Sight,Glitz and La Brava.

Out of Sight is in my top 10 books of all time and Glitz and La Brava were top class aswell.His books are just so enjoyable and easy to read.Luckily I have a load of his books still to read.
