Why is Gary getting a text from the Job Center and getting called in, hes working in Roys, unless hes working part time and collecting part time dole or is he being payed by Roy cash in hand and still collecting his full dole.

Does anybody know?

I missed that scene, I must of blinked! .. I can't see Roy paying CIH, he's the type who'd go by- the- book.

But seriously, I have honestly given up on giving out about The Total Trenchcoat Todd Transformation. It makes no sense and is one of the most bizarre personality transplants I have ever seen. In fact Regan from The Exorcist's transformation from sweet little girl to possessed satanist murderer was more natural and less controversial.............

Note, Bruno Langley plays the part well and would be very believable as a wierdo sociopath if it weren't for the fact he was anything but such in the past, even a few months before his permanent return when he made a visit to Weatherfield and he was normal and quiet and mannerly. He has no interest in friendships, a relationship, socialising, furthering his career (he was very intelligent in his "former life",. All he wants to do now seemingly is destroy other peoples lives and even by doing so not gaining anything apart from sadistic pleasure from doing so. No financial motives, no revenge motives, no anger motives, no sexual motives, nothing but psychotic tendencies to disrupt other's lives.

Agreed - they've given him a complete personality transplant!

Also, am I wrong in thinking that Todd is Bethany's father? I thought he was but neither he or Eileen have showed any interest in her return.

He's not.
Also Todd want revenge on Eileen because seemingly if they had met him like planned that night, he wouldn't have got mugged. That's why he's doing that to her and why he split Jason and Eva up

Ah ok thanks - I was wondering why Eileen wasn't showing an interest in her grandchild! I remember Todd & Sarah living together and I thought he was Beth's dad.

They (Todd and Sarah) did have a baby, Billy, but he died, shortly after birth, or was stillborn, I forget the details.

I completely agree. After so many times he was begging to be back in the family fold, he's at it again. No reason for it at all. What happens now if she finds out he is Jeff? She'll tell him she wants nowt more to do with him. Give it a week or two and he'll worm his way back in. Stupid!
I was watching the awards the other night and the clip they showed was away back during the Peter/Tina saga. Was Stuart Blackburn there that time? He stood there basking in the glory anyway. I wanted someone to run up onto the stage and shake some sense into to his silly head.

Liz decides to sell her share of the Rovers and head to Spain, but instead of Tony getting his hands on it Carla offers to buy Liz's share in it. (Tracy won't be too happy).

He has been around for quite a while. Peter and Tina who neber intereacted before, never had reason to talk before suddenly start a tempestuous affair. Yep, has all the signs Blackburn had a hand in it.

Up til Wednesday night I thought Tony was just going along for the ride(pun not intended). But hiring those thugs to cause trouble for Liz showed a much darker side to him.

Well considering the Tina/ Peter affair was one of the most ill advised stories in years id lay a wager he wasnt far away. Ruined characters like Peter and Tina in long run and very unbelievable affair right down to the panto scafolding push! Chris Gascoyne wasnt happy with the story either apparently. it was so unfathomable that a young twenty something gorgeous girl with no family ties, no social life and only friends being an 80 year old Rita would hang around working in a dingy backstreet pub while sh@gging a 50 year old man to get her jollys......!
