Moving to Eircom:Eircom eFibre question

    Hi,

    I'm with Magnet at the moment (both phone and broadband),but I'm planning to switch over to Eircom's eFibre broadband.
    Is there a down time during the switchover period: will I be without broadband for a few days,or the Magnet service (which isn't an LLU service,but one of Eircom's wholesale deals) will only be disconnected when the eFibre connection goes alive?

    The Lead time we have to transfer a customer from an LLU including a porting a number can take up to 28 days so the down time can be quite bit longer.
