International Money Transfer

    Hi,
    How long does it usually take for an international money transfer to go through? Last friday I transferred money to a German company but they still haven't received the payment.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    If the transfer was processed before the 3.30pm cut off time on Friday, the funds should have reached the German bank by close of business Monday. If it was after 3.30pm then the payment should have reached them by close of business yesterday. 

    When confirming the transaction our system would have applied a reference number. This number will also be displayed against the transaction on your statement. If the payee contacts the German bank and provides them with that reference, this should enable them to locate the credit. If they are unable to locate it after this, please call Banking365 on 0818 365365/00353 1 4044000 to have a trace initiated on the transfer.
