Plumbing in Canada

Anyone know what the story is with plumbing in Canada? I have my papers from Ireland are they recognised in Canada or do ya have to do a separate course over there? And if anyone knows what the work situation is like? I'm planning a move early next year

Yep not in plumbing though I work in It
Was in Alberta for 2 years and been in saskatchewan since November

FETAC accredited plumbing is now officially recognized in Alberta....no further need for exams or further training.

There are lots of plumbing jobs in Alberta. Construction is at an all time high because of the flooding that happened in June.
