Suggestions for a very large squash bake

    Id love to hear your ideas,fillings, that would work with this large squash.

    You could use half of it to make a bake. Slice thinly, toss in olive oil, season and roast. Then remove from oven, top with fresh tomato sauce, torn basil and loads of mozzarella. Bake again until golden and bubbling.

    Use the rest to make courgette cake/bread, it's delicious.

    Then of course there's always soup.
