All SMS have disappeared from Samsung Galaxy S2

    Hi all,

    Apologies if this has been covered already, but I could not find any info for it on the forum. This morning when I went to check a new SMS I found that all messages from all contacts have been deleted! If I go to a particular contact in the contact list and check history there the SMS are still there, but they do not show in the messages app. I have not made any changes to my phone in the last few days except for installing Pinterest last night.

    Phone Details are:
    Samsung Galaxy S2
    Android V 4.1.2
    Unrooted
    Stock SMS app

    Anyone had a similar issue, or heard of this before?
