Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Okay, so today my sister accidentally dropped her new iphone which shes only had around 2 weeks, there is extensive cracking and it's extremely hard to see through it or take photos. She is insured with 3pier insurance. We both checked their insurance policy and it says " accidental damage" is covered but cosmetic, battery, aeiral etc damage isn't, soooo we were just wondering is she covered under insurance/warranty or will she have to pay some expensive fee to apple?

The screen would be covered by the accidental cover. its stuff like a worn out battery etc. wouldnt be covered. Your damage was an accident and that's what you have insurance for.

Just check there isn't a minimum wait time before you can claim.
