Melbourne Ticket

I had planned to go to Oz in October so I bought a return ticket to Melbourne, however, I can't go now due to work commitments. I bought the ticket through USIT but if I cancel I cannot get any money back. Where is the best place to try and sell this ticket? Such a waste of good money. :(

The first two things you need to check is that name change is permitted by airline and the cost involved. If you paid for the flights by credit card you may be able to re-coup some of the cost but not sure work is covered.
