Mainstream artists that you did not realise were so talented

Would be interested to see if there are any artists that you hear all the time on the radio who you thought were maybe just alright but then you saw them live and were blown away. For me it would be this Ed Sheeran video. Never realised he was such a talented musician / live composer. Great video IMHO…
