Declaring motorcycle off the road

Hi,

I am a little confused by the transitional arrangements for declaring my motorbike off the road.
I imported it earlier this year and recently passed my test. The bike is ready for the road but I cant afford insurance & tax for a couple of months so I will continue to drive my car until then.

What forms do I need to fill out for a motorcycle?

Is it a RF100 or a RF150?

The bike has never been taxed before and is sat in the shed.

Yep, I registered it earlier this year. I was given a form, but now cant find it.

I recall the form had a space for for a guards witness signature but I guess the law has changed since then.

If you're not going to use it, fill in the RF150 and send it off.

Thanks for the info. It turns out I need both forms a RF150 and RF100 for a newly imported bike.
