latest 39a from city centre?

I don't understand well at what time is the lastest 39a from city centre to Ongar? On the dublinbus website it says 23:10 u u Route 39 from UCD Belfield and departs Aston Quay at 23:30 so it leaves aston quay at 23.30 right?

The last route bus operates via route 39 at 23:30 from Aston Quay.
