22-17 final score. SA will take their win, but the odds on NZ taking the title have considerably shortened, I would think.

Disappointing second half from Argentina, Kidney Ireland-esque scoreless performance which ultimately cost them a famous win.

Lose the lineout, and you can lose the game. See NZ v Aust 2000 & 2001. I guess it can work both ways, but I would have been ripping my hair out if McCaw chose that option.

Right on to watch the Canadians against the Yanks. Strange listening to rugby with North American style commentary.

Make the kick and you can lose the game as well.

Is it on our tv or a stream?

My God it's easy to dislike both of those teams.

I was kind of hoping they both lost somehow!

Remember the Ireland v USA game back in June? That was a game / thread for the ages with some amazing North American commentary.

Any word on the biting allegations yet?

Argies with their biting and gouging are tough to like.

No. 8 has been cited for biting. Footage that appears to not have been available during the game. 6 weeks minimum I would say. They do have history in this regard, Latin temperament and all that, but it takes the polish somewhat off their improved display.

Both Senatore and Matera have been cited: http://www.planetrugby.com/story/0,25883,3551_8889396,00.html

I thought the Argies were over this crap when some of the veterans retired.

Pretty certain both happened. Ref said there were bite marks on Etzebeth's arm right at the time and you could see Materas hand in Louw's face on the replay.

Hopefully both will get a good ban apiece.

The gouge didn't look like much at all tbh. The bite must have happened though.

From the angle I saw you could very clearly see his hand on Louw's eye area.
