Then I think you're underrating yourself by saying you look different when all you do it add some extra eye stuff. To me that isn't different. There have been girls I see in the club and the next day I wouldn't even recognise them. That's what I'm on about. I'm sure I'd recognise you perfectly any time if that's all you add at night. Everybody is different but when I see someone with tattoos (male or female) I always presume they are a bit thick. Let's be honest, we all subconsciously judge on looks whether we admit it or not. I'm sure employers take appearance into account also.

My employer definitely did.

He told me I looked very professional, and asked me to start there and then. When I took off my blazer, he told me he loved the tattoos on my arms. Then again, I'd usually try to speak to somebody, rather than just judge them purely on their appearance.
