Im hopeing someone can give me the right information. We have two boys age two and ten. We both work but differant days every week so we only need a childminder three days a week differant days each week. What is the going rate, where can we find a trust worthy reliable person. That is good for the two boys mainly the two year old. What main questions should we ask them thankyou

Is it the same days every week?
    How many hours a day?

Needing different days every week means you may need to pay more, as the childminder couldn't try and find other kids to mind the other days, with your schedule constantly changing.

ok in your house you would expect to pay about 10-12 euro an hour and then employers prsi for your nanny as she is your employee.
It might be on the higher side due to the non set hours.

This is focused at childminders as opposed to Nannies but worth a read anyway - http://www.childminding.ie/parents/what-questions-to-ask/
