Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can't Access Planet 3 or My3 on iPhone 5

    So just got the new iPhone on 3 and i downloaded the My3 app so i could check my credit but when i try to login to my account it just gives me a number pad to type in the password and the password consists of letters so i cant type it in. Even when i copy and paste my password into it i cant login it just tells me i put in the wrong password or number

    Also i cant access Planet 3 on safari. When i try to go onto it it tells me that im either not connected to the 3G network (which i am) or that i need to change my browser settings (which i dont know how to do on iPhone).

    What do i do to fix this? I need a way to find out how much credit i have left on my phone
