Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Don't have mine in front of me but it's something like this I think:

Launch the Settings, go to General, then Network, then personal hotspot, switch on.

    Hope that helps.

Needs to be a 3G iPad not a wifi only ipad.

You should contact Three here: Three Forum. If you have only signed up in the last 18 months, I don't think Three don't allow tethering/Hotspot.

Edit: Actually I don't think they ever allowed it.

I don't think Three allows threading so they may have disabled it on your ipad :(...Can't confirm tho.

There is no personal hotspot on ipad4 as far as I know. My mum has one with 3g and its not on hers as an option. Shes with o2.
You should have a Cellular tab though OP.

Try "reset network settings" also if you google your problem there are loads of tips like here: http://www.hongkiat.com/blog/iphone-personal-hotspot-missing-fixes/
Afaik operators can modify part of the iOS software (even if you didn't buy the device from them) and disable certain features (they don't want you to use) on the iPhone/iPad. Anyone have a 4G/lte option (on/off switch) on their iPhone 5?

Edit- on the subject of tethering/pers hotspot, be aware some networks don't support/allow it and others charge (a lot) extra if you do use it (unless its in your contract) something to consider before you switch it on. If you jailbreak the device there are options/apps that let you tether without your network "seeing" it.

Three used to allow tethering, but they stopped it over a year ago. I am lucky because I signed up with Blueface (using 3 network) and kept my number. I can still tether with it :)
