Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Be funny if he scores.

He could well score, it wouldn't necessarily mean it was a good decision to play him there though. We'll see how it pans out, should be interesting.

Carrick and Clev are going to have to put in a massive shift. Concerned about the midfield battle tonight.

    Cmon United!

To be honest I fully expect Lukaku to be the one coming off the bench to try to impact the game.

I suppose it's not too dissimilar to when Chelsea played Man Utd at OT in 2009/2010. On that day Ancelotti started Anelka as a slightly deeper striker and benched Drogba. Drogba later came off the bench to score the winner but it really did work a treat with Anelka up top in the first half. Of course Anelka is a far more experienced striker than Schurrle but I think the idea Ancelotti had is the same Mourinho has with tonight's team selection.

Bidding for Rooney just before kick off. Same old classless Jose. Is it 2004 again?

Kagawa wasn't great in preseason. I can see why hes not starting tonight. Disgusted with his move, wtf???

Won't be too disgusted with his league medal.

Kagawa must be completely disgusted with his move to United.

Selling lots of shirts in Asia is his job. Apparently he is a footballer too.

Kevin De Bruyne's name is getting butchered.

Amazed Lukaku hasn't started one of Chelsea's first 3 games. Did very well for West Brom last season (not even considering his hat trick against united, which was a bit of last day madness to a certain extent). Seemed to be flying in pre season, before being completely looked over.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

Jose must see him as still being an impact sub like he was at west brom. Plus he has to show faith in his new signings.

Jose trying to get United to feel sorry for him and his lack of strikers? :pac: Or letting Wayne know he'd be a guaranteed starter? ;)

I think his own mind games are getting the better of him!

Think mou is flooding the midfield to stop united from getting any possession just like barca done to us. It's no secret our midfield isn't great.

Cant beat the nighttime atmosphere at OT. Far better than the weekend fixtures.
