We are launching the 'Golden Pedal Award' for 2013 this weekend. This is your chance to participate in the work of the DCC and help us make this the most successful award yet. If you work for or run an organisation that actively facilitates commuting to work for employees or customers then we need to know about it. By filling out the short survey linked to in this post, you or your organisation can enter for the Greater Dublin Area 2013 Golden Pedal Award. More information can be found here:

    http://www.dublincycling.ie/goldenpedal2011.

Past winners have included RTE, DIT, Temple Street Hospital and Google, so this is your chance to show Dublin what you or your organisation have done to make the City or region a better place to live and work in.

To enter, just fill out the short survey included in this post and return to us by 17.00 on Friday the13th September. If you have any queries regarding the survey feel free to contact us. The winner will be announced, and the award will be presented, at an event during European Mobility Week (September 16th – 22nd) to which the Irish media will be invited.

The link to the survey is:

Don't worry if your organisation doesn't do all of the items in the survey. Few if any do. So make sure that your HR, Mobility Planning or Facilities Dept. are aware of the survey and get them to fill it out. If your're not in you can't win.We are looking forward to hearing from you or the organisation where you work.
