Heres something which might be of interest to some here

Oldskool: RoxyReunion (Billy Scurry / Johnny Moy)

    ROXY REUNION

We are taking a trip down memory lane at The Forum on Saturday, 7th September, with a full blown reunion to celebrate THE ROXY, Waterford’s legendary venue of the 90s. The reunion is happening with the full support of Roxy owner Martin Colbert and his ex staff, and we are hoping to see all of you who spent many a lost weekend down there.
The main room will feature a ‘back to back’ set from BILLY SCURRY and JOHNNY MOY, who both played many memorable sets at The Roxy back in the day. Nearly 20 years later Billy and Johnny are still at the top of their game and are playing to a new generation of sell-out crowds at top Dublin nights like Mother and Ukiyo. The lads are also among the headliners at the very cool Valentia Isle Festival taking place in September. Former Roxy resident, Shane Daly, is also being coaxed back to the main room decks to play some of those BIG Roxy tunes you know and love. Legendary Roxy performer, THE BOK, will be heading up the live music action in the smoking room and WILL & WARREN will be playing all night long in The Loft.

Doors on the night are 10.30pm and admission is €10, pay on the door.
