Walker WP645TS-HD 7 day EPG from Satfree problems

    As recommended by an engineer at Walker's, I downloaded all the satellite channels from Astra 2 via Satfree. I then followed the YouTube video to install 7 day EPG, and it all went grand, until I tried to access the transponder. It then told me there was no transponder. All my channels were then wiped.

    Anybody got any ideas how to resolve this issue to get 7 Day EPG?
