Slovenia/Bosnia/Macedonia

    Hi,

I will be doing a mini European tour in 2 weeks’ time. I will be arriving
in Ljubljana (Slovenia) from Vienna by train on a Wednesday at around 3
o’clock. I have a flight booked to go to Venice from Macedonia on the
following Monday, so essentially this gives me 5 days and nights for
    Slovenia and Bosnia and Macedonia.

My original plan was to go to Sarajevo the following day on the Thursday, however is that too short a time to stay in Ljubljana? Should I stay here 2 nights. Is Lake Bled worth seeing? And would it be possible to see it Thursday morning, come back to Ljubljana, and then on to Bosnia, or does it take a full day? in which case I'd need 2 days in Ljubljana.

I had planned 2 nights in Bosnia, but should I stay here longer? I will do
the day trip to Mostar as I hear its good. Finally, is there anything in
Macedonia worth seeing? (The only reason I going here is because the
Macadonia – Venice flight was eur22!)

    Thanks

Have you looked into how long it will take you to get to Macedonia? From Sarajevo It's an overnight bus to Pristina and then another hour to Skopje. LAke Bled is meant to be lovely, but with only 5 days I would get on my way and enjoy the sights along the way rather than going off course to see a lake.
