Massive Latency

Over the last few days I have been getting huge pings in all online games, and general response is very sluggish when browsing the web.

400+ constant ping in League of Legends and Dota, with massive lag spikes in League sometimes.



This is actually the lowest ping i have seen in the large number of tests I did. Other values were (1152ms, 841ms, 821ms).

Dont worry about the speeds, its the ping that's bothering me, speeds are always this bad even though we pay for a 1Meg. (Contention etc)

Everything but 1 computer was disconnected from the network, and nothing else was running on the computer while I tested this.
