    Hi,
Does anyone know how someone would improve their flexibilty that is required for a wrestlers bridge?

Progressive work through simpler bridges until you can do full bridges. Straight bridge, angled bridge, half bridge, full bridge.
Use a full bridge to get into a wrestlers bride position. If you feel strong/stable enough try getting directly.

Now try progress to stand to stand bridges.
