Hi all,

Does anyone know how I can find out who owns a boundary wall between myself and my neighbours garden. I know usually its 50/50 ownership but I also understand there are instances where one person can have 100% ownership of a boundary wall, like for example if their house was built long before yours. I have checked the Land Cert/Registration that my solicitor gave me when I purchased my property but it does not have this level of detail. I also visited LandDirect.ie but they have a charge and no guarantee of this level of detail. Really stuck here and would appreciate any pointers... thks a mill
