Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

UPC Horizon,wont install.

    Today I received my UPC horizon box and as I tried to set it up I received the error 1090(before I could complete the installation)..I rang the support multiple times over the space of like 6 hours and no avail they all said the same useless info about turning it on and off again and then said they would send someone out on Sunday....Which is completely ridiculous considering i have been waiting for the box since Friday and now it wont even work.

    I need internet ASAP due to work and any help would be appreciated thanks very much!
