Amount to give for a wedding present

    Myself and my wife are giving €200 as a wedding present. The couple getting married are good friends and I was at his stag.

    Is this about right or too much? I initially suggsted €150.

    You're opening the boards.ie wedding forum can o worms there. The last thread didnt go well.

    Pay what you can and if €150-€200 is your thing then that's fine.

    I'm giving €200 at an upcoming wedding and I'm standing for him.
