Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Removing 'fake nail' glue

Having really oddly shaped nails at the moment, I opted to use those self applying fake nails (the ones you can pick up in any pharmacy) to wear to a wedding at the weekend. It all went fine, easy application, etc., but I never gave any consideration to actually taking them (or the glue!) off. So having gently removed the nails themselves, I'm now left with glue on my nails. :(

Has anyone any suggestions as to how best to remove said glue? I'm on a pretty tight budget, so can't really afford to go get them done professionally (I would have done that in the first place if I could!). Thanks!

No problem ! You may need to give them a good scrub with it or soak it in the acetone but it should work :)

I find it usually comes off in the shower.. I would have the water quite hot though..

I would say try putting them in a bowl of warm water...I haven't a clue though. I was going to say this happens to me when I pull them off, but you said they came off no problem so its probably not the same.

How long did you have them on for?
