Moving to France for a few months in a few days. As far as I know Bwin are the only sportsbook that have a license to operate under their stringent gambling laws. If I were to open a Bwin account now with my banking details and home address as they are now, would I be able to use it same as in France or would using it in France require a French address with the card used for lodgements and withdrawals?
