Is there an issue with logging into 365 today?

Thanks for posting.

We have checked with our Systems Support Team and they have advised that some customers are experiencing slow response times with 365Online. This is currently being worked on to resolve as soon as possible. They have also removed some of the online services i.e. eStatements, Online Service Desk and Money Manager while the fix is being worked on.

Thanks for this. Are there a lot of technical problems recently with BoI systems? I believe ATMs etc were down recently too.

Hi LynnGrace,

We've had a couple of short term outages on our online channel recently which is under investigation. 365Online is accessible however, we have had to take some of the services contained on the website offline which we are working on to restore to full service. We are not aware of any issues with our ATM network recently. If there is a particular ATM in your area that has not been working as it should, if you could let us know we'd be more than happy to pass it on to our ATM Team.
