Cleat positioning question

    Hi,
I'm thinking of buying a pair of Ultegra 6700 pedals to replace my current Look Keo Classics as they make all sorts of annoying noises (even when very clean, new cleats, etc.) But as the Shimano cleats are different to the Looks I'm afraid this will change my foot position while cycling which I certainly don't want. Does anyone know if it's possible to make sure the cleat positioning is the same when putting on the Shimano cleats and if so, how ? Also, will I have to adjust my saddle height (even slightly) due to stack height variations on the cleats ? Thanks :)

Ball of the foot should be directly over the centre of the pedal axle.

As for the stack height, it'll probably be less than 1mm in the difference.
