    hi all, i am aiming to move to somewhere in d12,d6w, am i wasting my time looking in late august/september what with all the students moving back for college. currently living and working in dublin city but wanna move as current rental is disaster due to landlord not fixing things

    I know it may seem a flippant comment but the poster is right. There
    will be drop outs, there will be students moving from surburban houses which they took in panic to places nearer the college etc.
    The market is always hectic at this time and four weeks will bring it back to what we call normality
