Field mushrooms

Well, tis the season. The field behind us has a great crop and iv only started this year harvesting them properly. The rain mixed with the warm ground has really given a bumper crop this year. Anyone else been lucky? Any suggestions on how these can be put to good use or processed for future use? I am making mushroom soup…

Any suggestions on how these can be put to good use or processed for future use? I am making mushroom soup and feezkng it for the cold winter months. Hoping for some suggestions from you lot
